Saw Weezer at the Susquehanna Center in Camden on Saturday and they fucking rocked.

Obviously I’m not the guy to go to for unbiased reviews. I like what I go to because I don’t go see shit.

The Susquehanna Center felt like an armpit though. They seriously need to ramp up their ventilation system; especially if they’re going to put up the curtains and make it an indoor event. Fresh air would have done wonders to improve the overall experience, but as I said, Weezer rocked so it didn’t matter all that much.

If you are a Weezer fan at all and they are coming to your town, get off your duff and go. It’s worth it.

I went to the Radiohead show in Camden last night and they fucking rocked. The lawn at the E-center (or Twitter Center or Susquehanna Bank Center or whatever the fuck it’s currently called) was packed. We could only find room behind a column that basically blocked the stage from view, but it was still an amazing show.

Here’s the set list.

I saw Van Halen in Atlantic City at Boardwalk Hall on Friday. The show was awesome. I was expecting the usual old-men-reliving-their-glory-days reunion, but they rocked. They sounded to me like a few years had passed since 1984, but they still had it. Eddie can still rock the way he used to. They haven’t really lost anything.

…well, except for Michael Anthony.

Don’t get me wrong, Wolfgang definitely held his own, but wtf? If Eddie can get over whatever problems he had with David Lee Roth, why can’t he get over whatever stupid crap there is between him and Michael Anthony?

The set list was as follows:
You Really Got Me
I’m the One
Runnin’ With the Devil
Romeo Delight
Somebody Get Me a Doctor
Beautiful Girls
Dance the Night Away
Atomic Punk
Everybody Wants Some
So This Is Love?
Mean Street
Pretty Woman
Drum Solo
Unchained
I’ll Wait
And the Cradle Will Rock
Hot for Teacher
Little Dreamer
Jamie’s Cryin’
Ice Cream Man
Panama
Guitar Solo
Ain’t Talkin’ ‘Bout Love

Encores:
1984
Jump

As for the venue, I can’t really recommend Boardwalk Hall. The sound system sounded crappy and the acoustics of Boardwalk Hall aren’t great. Actually, I can’t really recommend Atlantic City in general. It took us almost an hour to get out of AC (a distance of about five or six blocks) because of all the traffic.

Anyway, if you’re a Van Halen fan and they’re coming to your town, go see them.
